Lft
Lfting each other up, one moment at a time.
What is Lft?
Lft is a peer-to-peer support platform built on a simple idea: we all need help sometimes, and we all have the capacity to help others. When you're facing a challenge—whether it's stress, a difficult decision, a celebration you want to share, or anything in between—you can post a "Lft" (a request or note). Other community members can then "lft" you by spending 5 minutes in a focused, judgment-free space with you.

How It Works
Share Your Lfts
Post what you need support with. Keep it brief or detailed—whatever feels right.
Someone Lfted You
A community member commits to lfting you for 5 minutes of focused support.
Focus Together
Enter the Focus Room—a distraction-free space where you're held with care and attention.
Give Back
Lft others when you're able. The community thrives when we all contribute.
The Focus Room
When you lft someone, you enter a private, distraction-free space — the Focus Room. A timer counts down as you hold space for them with calm, ambient music and a gentle reminder to simply be present.

Why Lft Matters
Authentic Connection
In a world of digital noise, Lft creates real human moments—one-on-one, undivided attention.
Mutual Support
No experts, no hierarchy. Just people supporting people. Everyone has something to offer.
Mental Wellness
Being heard and held can ease stress, reduce isolation, and help you feel less alone in your challenges.
Privacy & Community Groups
Your privacy is respected. You can share your Lfts globally or keep them within a private community. Every Lft carries your name — either your username or your full name, whichever you choose in Settings — so support here is always between real people.
Build your own communities around shared interests, challenges, or locations. When you open an invite link, you'll see the community first and can request to join — an admin approves the request before you see the feed.
